Willow Street Pizza is seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to support daily operations, lead the front-of-house team, and ensure exceptional guest service in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant.
Responsibilities
- Support and oversee FOH operations
- Lead, coach, and motivate staff
- Manage pacing, problem-solving, and guest relations
- Assist with training, scheduling, and onboarding
- Assist GM with purchasing / ordering
Qualifications
- 1+ years of restaurant leadership required
- Strong communication and hospitality skills
- Ability to multitask under pressure

- Package and quality-check takeout orders with accuracy
- Provide friendly service to guests picking up take-out
- Keep the host stand and to-go station organized and efficient
Qualifications
- No experience required — we provide full training
