• Online or faxed orders must be placed at least one week in advance. If less than 7 days, please call Large Party Delivery at 408.399.5501. Please order at least 48 hours in advance (there is a cancellation fee of 50% of your order, if cancelled less than 72 hours).
• Minimum order is $250 for delivery. All orders are setup buffet style. No substitutions. A 10% gratuity and delivery charges will be included on all Large Party orders.
• Please give at least 72 hours for changes to your menu order or guest count. For changes on weekend delivery, let us know by Wednesday 12:00 p.m.
• We provide paper plates, utensils, serving utensils, napkins and tablecloths (all disposable). Disposable chafing dishes with Sterno fuel available for $17 each.
• Administrative fee is $25.00.
• Cancellations must be made within 72 hours of delivery date.
• Your order is not confirmed until you receive a phone call from a Willow Street Large Party Delivery Representative. If you do not receive a pre-confirmation phone call within 72 hours, contact the Large Party Delivery department at 408.399.5501. Payment info will be collected at time of telephone confirmation. Payment is due upon delivery.
